Chemical Supply

Chemical Distribution– CCS distributes a wide range of chemical products throughout the UK and Ireland. CCS is one of the few chemical companies that operate its own ADR approved transport fleet. We aim to carry out all our own deliveries where possible. The fleet comprises of a number of flatbed trailers for packed goods and road tankers for bulk liquid deliveries which include rubber lined tankers for both alkali and acid chlorine products.

Storage – CCS is able to store large quantities of bulk liquids, packed liquids and powders on our 5 acre site. We have a number of secure warehouses and bunded bulk liquid holding tanks. 

Chemical Filling – CCS is able to provide filling solutions for different chemical products ranging from 25L, 205L, 1000L alongside bulk transfers.

Chemical Manufacturing – CCS manufactures a range of chemical products on site for chosen markets and clients. This includes the PureChem brand of dairy hygiene products, various car care products, janitorial and household products, dilutions of liquids to suit customer specification. We are also a licensed manufacturer of Ad Blue® and this is sold under the Pure Blue brand. Only pure deionised water is used on site for liquid blends.

Contract manufacturing – CCS is able to offer a contract manufacturing service to various clients. This includes powder blending and liquid blending ranging from small batches of 500L up to 12000L batches. We can assist customers through product development and pilot plant in our own dedicated laboratory through to full scale production. All products are tested after manufacturing to ensure conformity and customer specifications are met. Our staff can also provide regulatory and formulation advice for your products. Client’s manufacturing costs are reduced by taking advantage of CCS’s facilities and bulk buying of various chemicals.
